Our Peer Support Led Coaching Services help identify barriers, develop strategies to overcome challenges, and plan for personal growth, all while supporting you in achieving your goals.

Fully certified coaches who are also trained Peer Supporters.  What a combination of skills!  

Wellness and Recovery Coaching

Our Wellness & Recovery Coaching service offers a structured and supportive path for individuals who want to create a guided and individualized plan for their personal Wellness & Recovery goals. Here’s a clear mapping of what a Wellness & Recovery Coach can do for you.

Step 1 - Getting to Know You

Understanding Your Needs: We'll start with getting to know you so we can talk about and understand your unique needs, challenges, and goals. Personalized Plan: We'll work on a personalized plan together with you.

Step 2 - Goal Setting and Mapping

Identifying Goals: Together, we'll identify your short-term and long-term wellness and recovery goals. Mapping Steps: We'll map out clear, actionable steps to help you achieve these goals, breaking them down into manageable milestones.

Step 3 - Integration of Practical Skill Building

Developing Skills: We’ll work on building essential skills such as stress management, coping strategies, and self-care techniques. Resource Utilization: You'll learn how to effectively use available resources and supports to aid your recovery journey.

Step 4 - Support and Monitoring

Regular Check-ins: We’ll have regular check-ins to monitor your progress, make adjustments to your plan, and provide ongoing support. Accountability: A Wellness and Recovery Coach helps keep you accountable to your goals, ensuring you stay on track.

Step 5 - Overcoming Barriers

Identifying Obstacles: We'll help you identify any barriers to your progress and work on strategies to overcome them. Problem Solving: Through problem-solving sessions, we’ll address any challenges that arise, providing you with tools to handle setbacks.

Step 6 - Empowerment & Independence

Building Confidence: Our goal is to empower you to take charge of your own wellness and recovery. Achieving Independence: By the end of our coaching, you'll have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to maintain your wellness and recovery independently.
