Transformative Learning Experiences

Our Workshops and Education Programs are designed to equip our students with the skills and knowledge to effectively integrate wellness practices into their day-to-day lives. We offer comprehensive workshops and seminars that cover topics such as active listening, empathy building, emotional regulation, peer support, and crisis intervention techniques. We focus on self-regulation and understanding how our environment may be affecting our mental health.

Bringing conscious awareness of things that may be affecting mental health can help students foster stronger connections and navigate challenges more effectively.  Learning wellness practices can lead to reduced stress and an renewed sense of enjoyment of life experiences.  Students can learn how to interact with life in an engaged and curious manner.

Programs are led by our trained Peer Supporters, who will facilitate knowledge of practical insights and strategies.  These are all sustainable practices that can be incorporated and modeled for years to come.
